He has a multifaceted background on national policy issues including education, economic development, government operations, health, housing, renewable energy, and technology and telecommunications. Mr. Mirabal has testified before Congress and served as a spokesperson for many civic and industry coalitions before federal agencies and the Administration. He is the longest serving elected past-chair of several Washington, D.C. based national coalitions including the Hispanic Leadership Agenda, the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility, and the Hispanic Technology and Telecommunications Partnership.
